Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Wood Repair Technician to join our team. This role is essential to our termite remediation process, as it involves repairing or replacing damaged wood to ensure structural integrity and safety for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of wood repairs, including fascia, rafters, shiplap, roof sheathing, and wood siding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, repair, and replace damaged fascia boards, rafters, shiplap, roof sheathing, and wood siding.
- Work with various hand and power tools to perform wood repairs safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with termite control specialists to ensure thorough remediation and repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at each job site.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns clients may have regarding the repair process.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure quality and safety.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in carpentry or wood repair, especially in fascia, rafters, shiplap, roof sheathing, and siding.
- Familiarity with common hand and power tools used in wood repair.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and climbing.

Pay Range: $22-25 per hour, based on experience and expertise
